Are all the prices in USD?

Yes, all prices shown are in USD (United States Dollar) and already include all applicable taxes.

Can I pay with a currency other than USD?

You are not able to change the currency of your purchase during checkout, however, you can pay with your credit/debit card in your local currency as your bank will convert your USD purchase into the equivalent amount of the currency of your card. We recommend checking the conversion rate before placing your order.

When will I receive my subscription in my Twitch account?

We try very hard to deliver your subscriptions as soon as possible, most of the time we are able to deliver subscriptions leff than 1 hour after your purchase, but in rare occassions it can take us up to 1 day to deliver them. If more than 1 day has passed since you made your purchase send us an email to support@twitchsubs.store, make sure to include the receipt number you received; We will manually deliver your subscription to avoid further delays.

Why was my purchase refunded?

We only issue refunds whenever we are unable to deliver a subscription, this is a rare occurrence and only tends to happen when:

- The channel you tried to subscribe to is not a Twitch partner or affiliate.
- The channel you tried to subscribe to doesn't exist.
- The channel you tried to subscribe to is suppended.
- The channel you tried to subscribe to has banned you.
- You don't follow the channel you tried to subscribe to.
- You are already subscribed to the channel you bought a subscription to.
- Your Twitch account is suspended.
- Your Twitch account doesn't exist.

How does it work?

We partner with Stripe to process Twitch subscription payments in a more efficient way, which allows us to avoid some of Twitch's usual fees.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

No. Our current agreement with Twitch doesn't allow us to sell recurrent subscriptions but we're working on changing that.

What share of the purchase do streamers receive?

They receive their full normal share which is negotiated between Twitch and their partners and affiliates. When buying subscriptions through Twitch's website and apps Twitch takes a cut of up to $3.20 USD, we take only a fraction of that which allows us to pass on savings to our users without affecting the streamers you subscribe to.
